All Solden orders are fulfilled by Printful and shipped directly to your door. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after purchase.
Estimated delivery times:
• United Kingdom: 3-7 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Solden order. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Item must be in original condition with tags attached
• Contact us at soldensupport@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
Please note: As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues. Please check our size guide before ordering.
For defective or incorrect items, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.
